Hi, I’m Kiana — but you can call me Kiki. I’m a licensed nail technician who has been dedicated to perfecting my craft since 2020. I specialize in enhancing natural nails through clean, detailed work and modern, personalized designs that reflect your individual style. Each service is performed with intention and care using high-quality products to support healthy, strong, and beautiful nails. My mission is to provide a comfortable, professional experience where you feel relaxed, confident, and excited about your nails.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment one time only. Any additional rescheduling requires a new deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service total. Any deposit already paid will be applied toward this fee. A new deposit is required to book another appointment. LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee if the service proceeds. At 25 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and a 50% no-show fee will apply. Any deposit already paid will be applied toward this fee. The $15 late fee will not apply if the appointment is canceled. Missed appointments without notice are also subject to the 50% no-show fee.
